Your eyeglasses will ship out within 24 hours of your placing your order.
1. If your select standard shipping, allow for 7-10 days to receive frame order.
2. If you select expedited shipping, allow for 2 days to receive your frame order.
3. If you select Express Next Day shipping, you can expect to receive your order within 24 hours, except when your order is placed over the weekend,
We want make sure you are happy with your new eyeglasses, and we are here to assist to make sure you get the right glasses. We have a 14-day return policy and your glasses come with 180 day warranty protection for material and manufacturing defect.
If you need to send back your order for any of the reasons below, please make sure to do so within the returns period:
1. Your frame is the wrong size
2. Your frame does not suit your face
3. Your frame is the wrong color
4. Your frame does not fit correctly
5. You would like to exchange your frame ordered for another frame

Please note: You will need to enter your email address and order number (this can be found in your order confirmation email). We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
You can easily track your return using the return tracking number to ensure it makes it back safely to our facility As soon as we receive your item back, we can process your return request. If you returned your item for a refund, please be allow 7-10 business days for the amount to refund back to your payment method you originally used to purchase the item.
We have you covered should your eyeglasses break due to material or manufacturer defects. In this case, provided we still have your frame in stock in the color you ordered, we will replace your frame without any hassle to you. Broke your frame as a result of an accident, negligence or other mishap, no problem. We will restore your vision by replacing your frame at a 50% loyalty discount.
There are 2 solutions for avoiding your frames from slipping on your nose: 1. Bend the temples inwards so that the temple arms hug your head. 2. If your frame is metal with plastic or silicon nose arm pads that rest on either side of your nose, gently and gradually bend the nose arms to adjust the way they sit on your nose ensuring the top rim of your glasses is at the right height so it aligns with or sits slightly below your eyebrows.
Choosing the right frame involves considering your face shape and the style that complements it. Round faces usually suit rectangular or square frames, while oval faces can wear almost any style. Heart-shaped faces look great with bottom-heavy frames, and square faces are best matched with oval or round frames. Our website offers a virtual try-on tool to help you visualize different styles.
We currently do not accept insurance directly, but we can provide you with an itemized receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Check with your insurance company to understand their reimbursement policies.
To keep your glasses in top condition, clean them regularly with a microfiber cloth and lens cleaner. Avoid using paper towels or clothing, as they can scratch the lenses. Store your glasses in their case when not in use to prevent damage.
